A coaching plan customized to you – If you need more guidance and accountability, this is the plan for you!
- Private virtual coaching is tailored to your background, experience, goals, and schedule.
- 1 – Initial video or phone session, typically lasting about an hour, during which we will review your background and goals.
- Coaching utilizes the tenets of positive psychology, cognitive-behavioral coaching, and neuro-linguistic programming to help guide you through challenges, obstacles, and provide you with a clear, concrete path.
- 3 -follow-up meetings with communication via Zoom, email, or phone to monitor and encourage progress, reevaluate the plan, make appropriate adjustments, answer questions, etc.
- Availability by email to discuss any questions, concerns, or issues that may arise with a response time within 24 hours.
- Support, encouragement, and accountability.
The 4 sessions must be used within 60 calendar days of the initial session.
