It’s time to be (Extra)Ordinary!

While the running world has its fair share of aspirational athletes and superstars, the runners I hold the most awe for are the (Extra)Ordinary Runners.

You know the ones I am talking about. The mom wakes up at 4 am to get in her run before her kids wake up. Then packs them up to go to school, before heading out for the boardroom. She balances work, family, running, and somehow never ceases to miss a Monday.

Or that runner that started with a couch-2-5k program because his doctor said he needed to do some about his health. Now a decade later he looks fitter, stronger, and healthier than he ever did in his 20s or 30s. All while managing to take care of his elderly parents, volunteer for the community playhouse, and you see him at the local annual 5k every year.

Join me in learning more about these (Extra)Ordinary Runners and what keeps them lacing up and showing up!
